Amy Knox, MA - Master’s Level Clinician

Amy Knox integrates psychology, holistic healing practices, sound, and natural law into a deeply transformative approach to healing and self-discovery. Grounded in both modern science and ancient wisdom, her work combines evidence-based psychological principles with science-backed holistic modalities that support the brain, body, and nervous system as one interconnected system. Amy believes that healing is most powerful when the mind, body, and spirit are addressed together—creating lasting change from the inside out.

Amy earned her master’s degree from Lesley University, where she developed a strong foundation in psychology, human development, trauma-informed care, and the science of emotional healing. Her clinical training, combined with years of personal study in sound, rhythm, nervous system regulation, and natural healing principles, has shaped a therapeutic approach that is both deeply intuitive and firmly grounded in research.

Amy specializes in working with trauma, helping individuals gently process and release the effects of overwhelming life experiences, chronic stress, emotional wounds, and deeply held survival patterns. She understands how trauma can live not only in thoughts and emotions, but within the nervous system and the body itself. Her work is designed to create safety, regulation, and reconnection—allowing clients to move beyond survival mode and into a greater sense of peace, clarity, and empowerment.

Amy is also passionate about creating an affirming, inclusive space for all individuals in any community, honoring each individual’s unique identity, lived experience, and personal journey. She is committed to providing compassionate, culturally aware care where clients feel fully seen, respected, and supported as their authentic selves. Through the art of rhythmic practices, Amy guides clients toward the clarity of their soul’s blueprint while helping the brain and nervous system settle into a calm, balanced state. As rhythm quiets the mind, the body naturally follows—releasing stress, tension, and patterns of constriction, creating space for insight, restoration, and transformation. Inspired by the profound influence of the Sva Ha Foundation, academia, and personal journey, Amy is devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom, remember who they truly are, and step fully into the healing path that has always been within them.
